A great company with benefits but..

Has many departments with different products to learn and grow in. Has team bonding activities. A fortune 500 company. Pays fairly. Bonus is dependent of performance. (But also dependant of who your superior likes)

Cons

Toxic and micromanaging environment. Little to no work / life benefit. Demanding huge output with small work team in a department. Always rushing to meet deadlines / shipment dates. Cutting cost on manpower / resources.

Horrible increment even to top performers. Delaying of promotion when due to “keep” employees. Bonus scheme is fairly low. Many growth opportunities?? Lol
