Cutting edge technology, Good place for scientists, challenging problems, it is never boring, you are given room to do what you are good at, there is room for growth, Company likes to hire and promote from within, bonuses have been good the last few years.
Cons
Low on perks, No options or restricted stocks except for VPs, poor annual raises, no profit sharing (but good bonuses), Middle management may need improvement.
