      Pros

      The company values its employees and supports them in times of need. Also, the compensation is good.

      Cons

      For this role, the learning curve is steep for the first few months but then reaches a hard plateau. Once formal training is completed, work is monotonous and you will only learn specific customer handling and working with a large group of people. In terms of transferrable skills, there is very little to offer. Also, work-life balance is very poor for this role.
