I recently went through multiple rounds of interviews for a Senior Financial Analyst position at KLA. While the initial process went smoothly, I was disappointed that I did not receive any updates or feedback after completing all the rounds of interviews. As a candidate, it's essential to receive some communication regarding the status of the application, especially after investing time and effort in the interview process. Pros: The interview process was well-organized in the initial stages. The team members I interacted with were friendly and knowledgeable.

Cons: Lack of communication after the final round of interviews. Not receiving any feedback or updates on my application status. I believe that clear and timely communication with candidates is essential in providing a positive candidate experience. I hope that KLA can improve their communication process to ensure a better experience for future candidates.
