      The company is heading to the right direction with a lot of smart people. Although going through the semiconductor cycle, but still a strong business.

      Very challenging workload, very demanding managements, not a bad thing at all in terms of company business perspective.

      Pros

      The work environment is so special, people who genuinely love what they do and come in every morning wanting to work together and be the best. The benefits package is a generous one, and there is always a way to appreciate the employees. I enjoyed working in the company.

      Cons

      Not many cons I can say. Unfortunately, there has been a reduction in force, due to the recent market situation that affects the semiconductor industry.
