      Unprofessional senior management/execs - Texting & borderline abusive languages in meeting.

      Pros

      Smart and hard working co-workers who are stuck in this industry.

      Cons

      Execs often busy texting/joking among them selves in meetings. When they spoke, often passive aggressive borderline abusive. Incentives/RSU/stocks are only for sr. director and above, peanuts cash bonus for people who actually performed. Hence high attrition lately. Building nice campus in Michigan (CEO is U of Mich Alum), while the core talent left in dated-interior buildings and pungent smell of Milpitas outdoor air quality. "Trump" like paranoia and often borderline racist remarks on China.

      Good, hard workers in management and below ranks

      Cons

      Exec management is predominantly white males. No women, and don't count the board seats mandated by CA law. Tracks with my experience at company and the mindset is pervasive thru organization
