      Cutting edge systems. Many intelligent team members, that are hard working. Wide variety of technology and problems to work on, so it can be interesting

      Cons

      Semi is getting tighter, KLA-Tencor is getting even tighter. Margins will drop. NO work life balance, you can work until 1am every night if you can

      Good company if you got lucky to be working for a right department. I was not lucky.... Very big difference from department to department.

      Cons

      Managers are not honest to customers and as a result it is uncomfortable for employee to participate in this lie.

      You can pretend to be busy and your clueless manager/senior director will rate you highly.

      Cons

      Political, clueless and pompous CIO staff, arrogant managers. Stay around long enough and they will promote you whether you deserve it or not. Most of KLA is pretty good, especially engineering and product divisions. IT is the pits......
