Good stocks, helpful colleagues and people who are working in the lab.

Cons

Upper level management in RAPID is horrible. They do not interact with engineers, they rarely come to the fab to understand the product. They do not hire in time. It takes time to get promoted (~4-5 years) even if you overacheive goals. People who work hard keep getting pulled in to correct people mistakes. No scope to transfer within company
