      Good friendship and culture. Cutting edge industry

      Terrible benefits and salary. Constantly scale back benefits to employees. There are so much in the past 10 yrs (no business class international, RSU etc.) Very poor retention rate. Company HR policy for salary makes it hard for managers to provide bonus or raise for the team. The HR code is so outdated and still in the 1930s mindset. Look elsewhere unless u absolutely have no job and need $. Very outdated software. Stupid travel policy and portal for expense reports.

      Standard health care insurance package 12 weeks parental leave ESPP up to 15% sellary deduction

      Cons

      Sometime need to work over time til midnight. Tool training go online only now, management wants to save cost and let senior engineers to babysit all new hires. All FSE position are actually swing shift covers Saturday and Sunday, so be aware that you might be moved to work whatever shift you don't want.
