Business Outlook
Pros
A winning company at the top of their league. Very strong talent and a very personable culture. Business Units have flexibility to be creative as long as they are producing and profitable.
Cons
Work schedules are always tight and hours can be very long and unrelentless. There is a LOT of required paperwork for all projects to get from concept to release, even if the project is small. The larger groups are able to hire non-engineers to do the grunt work. If you are in a small team, you will be left to do everything and the engineering portion of your job can seem like the smallest. Like any large company, every division has its own culture.
