KLA reviews

It's in a mature market/industry so the growth is slow. There is no revolution, no amazing excitement from KLA-Tencor; As a large organization, it has politics in daily life, which is not very pleasant sometimes.

Management very unprofessional to their employees. I see employees on the team overly worked working overtime to accomplish the addtional tasks that mgm't gives them, only to have management humiliate these employees infront of others. Also hear managers bad mouthing their employees behind their backs. Even after employees are no longer with the company I hear managers bad mouthing those employees. Totally unprofessional and they have no justification in doing this. Also find them condescending to their employees on their teams. Again I see employees working efficiently, and hard taking on the additional responsibilties, working over time and managers refusing to pay this over time. I see employees and management fearful of losing their jobs. Managers saying anything to protect themselves. Employees looking over their shoulders afraid of being let go. Not a professional or a good working environment to be working in.
