      Many layers' middle managements constantly fighting each other, poor engineers only get recognition when they screw up.

      If you are just a mediocre engineer, this is the place to play with the management and become one of "them".

      Cons

      If you are a hardworking kick-butt engineer, you will be miserably mounted with works that pushed onto you. If you dare to complain, management think you have attitude problem, and give you nasty review.
