      Cheap company that squeezes every penny out lower level employees but too generous to executives.

      Pros

      Good technology and product. Good traning programs. Good work/life balance. Most people are friendly.

      Cons

      Low morale in some functions due to extremely biased merit increase policies. Keeping taking things away from employees. The latest example is downsized cubicles to minimal size where a guest chair can't even fit in, dispite huge resistance from employees. Upper management doesn't care what average employees think.

      Pros

      Overall, a great group of people to work with -- in all departments. Most are intelligent & hard workers. Benefits are OK.

      Cons

      Management does not seems know what they are doing. Very poor top down communication. Too conservative when it comes to petty expenses.

      Pros

      interesting work comparable benefits good position in the industry educational opportunities inside and outside the company (for the most part anyway) knowledgeable leadership

      Cons

      The company is not famous so nobody is going to be impressed when they hear you work at KT... Sometimes management is slow to provide advancement and learning opportunities.
