      Real and full US style management system. It is pretty rear in Taiwan. Self-management is a key.

      Cons

      Peer pressure is high. Company also reduce field resource as possible as they can even in very competitive industry. You will have to be exposed to very challenge environment and tracing some moving/unachievable goals in tough customers.
