Cut way too deep and now they are suffereing

Great people to work with. Liked my immediate managment

Cons

As a former employee I can vouch that KT cut way too deep with the layoffs. I am inundated with calls from vendors asking for support on legacy products. KT needs to wake up a smell the coffee.

Technology is top notch, travel opportunities, great peers,there are a lot of things that are decent about this company as such

Cons

Highly political mid level management especially in the applications group. Cyclical industry and prone to boom and bust . organizational restructuring is a buzz word for the management.
