Competetive salary and benefits. Fair to good training on product lines supported.

Cons

Industry wide down turn negatively affected benefits and work conditions. Company seems to be transitioning from an "engineering" company to an "acquisition and merger" philosophy.

Interesting technology, diversified people, opportunities to cross train, and shift between different roles and products.

Cons

Management tends to be poor, and gets worse the higher up the food chain that you go. Lots of political in fighting, blame / finger pointing when things don't go to schedule (which they never do because the schedules are so unrealistic). Far too much out sourcing of everything but marketing and sales these days.
