      Pros

      The company is great for self-driven employees. If you can take a task and run with it, you will succeed. The company prides itself on providing many services for the employees to do things on their own.

      Cons

      There needs to be more support in the work/life balance area for the engineers. A lot of the people seem to be there just because they need a job, not because they really enjoy the atmosphere.

      It's a very big positive for me that I enjoy coming to work everyday because I really enjoy my job.

      There is too much work to be done and it can be overwhelming due to there not being enough people to do the work.
