The work itself is challenging/interesting and there's many learning opportunities. The company culture is welcoming and focused around team success. The benefits/pay are good for the region. The office environment is also nice to work in and hybrid work is allowed.

Cons

Some groups are understaffed, leading to differences in work life balance across teams. The pay is regionally dependent, which can turn away some people.
