      Man, what can I say.

      Cons

      If your manager is an idiot, you’re doomed. And in fact, this company’s idiot rate is very high. Sometimes when you finished a demo, the manager would even steal the results away and present it without informing you. Some managers are really incompetent and the promotion works fully based on how many years you stayed in the company.
