      Good salary and benefits (if you can survive more than a year)

      Cons

      Awful management ! mangers have each other backs and scarify employees. They make sure you will never stand on their way. No matter how much evidence you take to HR, they old boy network will always favor the manager and destroys you! I would do a thorough research about the team you are going to join and the hiring person.

      Nice and supportive colleagues, decent job security

      High pressure, bad work life balance, which is standard for semi conductor industry; some managers can be really problematic with outdated or no management skills; very limited personal career development
