Pros
Projects are interesting. There is enough time to finish each task. Usually there is no need to be in a rush. There is a big algorithm group, with many experienced employees, so there is a people, that you can to discuss with. Since the customers are different manufacturers, usually everything is going slowly.
Cons
The (*technical*) talent development is very very limited. Especially in comparison to other SW companies. For example, THERE IS NO membership to Coursera, LinkedIn learning, etc... Also, if you would like to attend a TOP conference in your field, it's possible, but a lot of bureaucracy is needed. IT/Cyber is very slow. Many times there is a lack of permissions to do your day to day work and you need to wait for approvals. Also, there is no RSU :-(
