Pros

Top notch employees/coworkers, great company values, great development training from the Corporate Learning Center, HR business partners who actually care about you, lots of opportunity to learn new things and make your job more efficient, good gym, flexible work hours (make it to meetings, get your job done, and you can shift your hours as needed to accommodate kid activities when needed, etc.)

Cons

We are being acquired and not everyone is taking it well, even if their jobs are known to be fairly secure; the current climate can be a little political because of that. Big raises are hard to come by; they are probably harder to come by in the current climate. So if you come to work here, make sure you negotiate good starting pay.
