      Pros

      Great place for engineers to learn a lot before their next big jump to Apple or FAANG. dont' stay too long as it is an old boys club.

      Cons

      can be very stressful at times depending on your manager. The wor stress does lead to HR complaints frequently who does help you out and are also generous to the managers.

      Company culture is very corporate, hierarchy is very formal and stiff, no monetary flexibility, no upward mobility.
