Pros
* good transparent management * supportive managers, team members * compensation is good but can get better considering the competitive market * good opportunity for work, evaluating new frameworks, learning, they invest in r&d * industry seems strong as of now, company has a large market share so near term future is secure here * work life balance is above average * timelines are manageable
Cons
* you'll need to work yourself otherwise there will be less pressure which will cause you to not grow and get in comfort zone if you are not consciously trying to get good work * compensation needs to get better, it's not competitive enough is what I think * less transparency on what the designation is of colleagues and and their tentative packages (although this problem exists everywhere) I think although I've added these points in cons they are sort of improvements only that'll make the company even better then what it currently is
