Good learning opportunity how to run complex HW+SW engineering project in a diverse global team. Stable environment. Reasonable people. May enjoy occasional world traveling.
Cons
Slow growth. Salaries below local average. People mostly communicate poorly with poor English. People mostly are not capable of learning and adapting to new technologies and innovations. Virtually no feedback culture. Poor information system. Hard industry where low hanging fruit have been collected a long time ago - have to work 80% hard to get rest of 20%.
