Pros

The best part about KLD is the people.

Cons

Not a lot of cross collaboration between departments, which has an impact on productivity. The company was also recently taken over by an investment firm whose only long-term goal is to sell the company. This has lead to a lot of layoffs, uncertainty and low morale

Upper management is nonexistent, Remote structure leads to teams being hard to contact
