      Toxic culture by senior management

      Good team members in Eden Prairie.

      Cons

      Very toxic culture that created by the new senior management and the CEO. Every a few months a massive layoff. No structure or a view of what is the future going to be. Lies and forcing fake values. No communication by anyone. The new executive team is enforcing us to fix major client facing issues without notifying the clients, over 100 matters are underway of processing issues without alerting the clients. Military environment.

      Watch out if your company is bought out by them

      Pros

      Only positive that I can think of is that they kept almost everyone when they took over - until they pushed you out.

      Cons

      If anyone from the original team is place in your office, watch out - they are there to "spy" on you and tell upper management about everything. They play favorites. If you are a hard worker, but don't play the game (kiss you know what) they will let you go.

      Some great (and very smart) people work here and genuinely want to do a good job.

      Cons

      The leadership team doesn't know what they are doing - sales and executive leadership continue to disappoint. No plans, no planning ahead, and poor decision-making.
