We are a global organisation and we offer remote first working opportunities to further enhance our employees' wellbeing but we do recognise that this means you may not have the opportunity to see your colleagues in person as often - particularly those in other countries! We do encourage all our employees to use the technology available for on camera meetings. We know this helps build our relationships when working remotely and brings us closer together as an organisation.
