Pros

First off, they care. Managers through exec team listen to staff and make adjustments to make the work easier. Never see that anywhere else in the industry. Teams are great, lots of good folks across the organization willing to help. Tons of growth, development, and responsibilities available to folks who want it. Never forced into anything, but also surrounded by a great support system when entering uncharted territory. Bonuses, yearly increases, peer awards, seniority awards, random days off- the list is endless with perks. It’s give and take though, the work can be heavy.

Cons

Industry is extremely demanding, can’t blame any company for that. Legal work is what it is. Could use more automation, but heading down the right path currently.
