      Always did right by me, but some hard periods

      Pros

      Generally all very supportive, cooperative colleagues. My immediate management always did GAF about me. Given flexibility if you were good at your job.

      Cons

      The workload had periods of being insane (but not too often). Had to learn a lot for myself as training wasn't great. Appraisal/pay rise process is very wishy washy

      Really great place to work, lovely people and enjoy my team here

      Cons

      Can be boxed into only small areas of the EDRM life cycle so it is not great if you are looking to gain experience in all areas
