Progressive company culture for an engineering firm. Many company events throughout the year and team building events regularly. Multiple options for relocation to other offices which opens many more doors for advancements as well. Benefits are above and beyond every other company I have worked for previously. Leadership invests heavily in anyone looking to advance their careers. Culture not only focuses on the work day but engages the employee to be more involved in the community as well through flexible work schedules and paid time off for community service during the work day.
Cons
If you need someone to tell you what to do or you wait for someone to ask you to do what you want instead of just going out and doing it, you will not fit in. The culture is very open to allow everyone to grow and do what you want but you have to go do it, you can't wait for your manager to ask you to be a lead on an account. If you sit back and wait to be asked you will be passed up by everyone else and get frustrated watching peers be promoted.
