same people in same jobs for too many years, no real understanding of market outside of municipalities, not a sales oriented company

Pros

This is a place full of people providing software and suppport services for (mainly) government bodies. there is an atmosphere of security and steadiness about the place, with many employees having been in post fro a long time. You get the feeling they know what they are dealing with.

Cons

Rather too static, with a reliance on keeping things going rather than innovation and exploration. The management structure is fairly inflexible and people wishing to move around or up have to bet past a lot of inertia.
