Work-life balance overshadowed by politics and cutbacks

Pros

Work life balance is only pro.

Cons

No perks as per product based company. Everything have cost cuttings and lot of politics and favouritism in DevOps Team. This team have lost it's professionalism completely. Not recommended to join this team at all.
