Pros

Good teamwork. Parts and supplies are easy to obtain.

Cons

Time allowed per unit (12 minutes) allows for little more than a visual inspection of the car and machine room. Some plans only include 4 visits per year (every 3 months). Which generates many service calls due to poor maintenance.

Kone has a flexible and supportive working environment. There is a great portfolio of solutions and it continues to expand. Great leadership from management, with open-minded and collaborative approach. Truly has your best interest at heart with plenty of training and development opportunities.
