      Pros

      If you want to make a career at Kone you will have a lot of promotion opportunities if you do your job well, especially in sales roles. They also encourage you to come up with new ideas and try them out in action, so it is definitely worth it to be creative and differentiate by trying things that you think could work. Salary is also ok especially if you manage to get good bonuses.

      Cons

      Feedback culture is not very good which may hinder your growth. New employees don't have a good training program but they they mostly have to figure things out by themselves. Your role may include things that they haven't told you about which may surprise you.
