      What I love about KONE is the opportunity for me to connect and learn more from other colleagues around the world including company focus on sustainable success strategy while having Diversity and Inclusion as part of sustainable success. The company supports employee to develop themselves and grow more by offering employee with enriched and enlarged experience and empowerment.

      Ready for Agile may be challenging for some but I find it's exciting.

      If the qualified managers are in place, all or most goes well.

      Cons

      No internal communication. Management changes for the worst. No internal cooperation, Me myself and I mentality. No loyalty to employees. Constant internal changes. Overwhelming tasks. As soon as management gets a bright idea, the task gets dumped on the same department sales employees when other sales departments could take on some of the tasks as well.
