The people! The best part about working for KONE is the people. The company also runs a number of fun events for engagement, networking and morale boosting including fun runs, bring your dog to work day, family morning teas etc!

Cons

Some admin tasks - that all companies have in my experience. Although, the company provides feedback channels and actively works to improve on these areas.
