Stable career. one of a few big companies in Finland that hasn't yet lay off large volume of people since year 2008 Relaxing working environment and friendly colleagues. International environment, speaking English as the first language.

Cons

Mediocre salary. Software engineers is outsider of company core business and not respected in the IT department
