      Pros

      Working in KONE allows me to grow myself. KONE gives me a chance to study with the expert, from my college. Work-life balance is one of good thing when I am working at KONE.

      Cons

      Sometimes I feel that the working environment at KONE is too friendly, so when we want to apply the change, some people do not have enough momentum to change.

This can be challenging for some people but I personally find it exciting.” ▪ “There has been too many changes happening in the office lately and while the intention is good (I know that the management just want to improve work), I believe that you cannot apply too many drastic changes at once.
