      Pros

      Good policies The Learning Management system is robust Salary on time. Training provided is excellent and on the mark.

      Cons

      Some experienced employees are still working for low salaries, which needs to be changed. There are employees with more experience who are being paid low salaries, and this needs to change. The fact that some employees with greater experience earn lower salaries must be addressed.
