A great company culture, very little politics, nice colleagues, great collaborative environment, passionate , flat hierarchy, approachable leaders, clear strategy, great engineering mindset & ways of working

Cons

overengineering things so longer time to market or even try new things, can be frustrating if you are fast paced. Budgeting takes forever and drains the whole org for several months...
