There are some really good coworkers. Great opportunity for base increases when you stay on managers side.

Cons

Lack of equal treatment as some coworkers that don't follow company policy and don't get reprimanded. And treat everyone equally and fairly.

Salary and incentives are very high.

Cons

Disorganized company with a toxic environment. Unless you are connected to someone already working there you will likely be overworked, yelled at and thrown under the bus. Company is run by a select few managers who peaked in highschool and want to continue acting like it’s highschool.
