- endorse work-life balance - focus on resource development (lot training dan development opportunities) - great culture and value -world wide internal organization career opportunities
Cons
- Target is quite hard to achieve. - in my Area, the bonuses multiplier is quite low than the others (even if compare to the local companies) especially for the operative person that is working very hard in the entire years to achieve target and customer schedule. - constant changes in multiple aspects that sometimes conflict each other and even before the old changes is not yet establish.
