Pros
There is a lot of change at KONE, from a shift in leadership through to the products and services it provides to its customers. Its exciting, and its not the old school environment that we had 5+ years ago. There is a committment to servicing their customers and keeping their customers for life. I resigned as a result of my own personal circumstances, but I truly saw my career with KONE as continuing on. There are a range of people programs that are either available to employees or were about to be launched, as I was finishing up.
Cons
There are some people who aren't along for the change/ innovation that's coming. They will probably reassess whether they are going to stay with KONE long term.
