Pros
Multinational company with good ethics and opportunities worldwide, Good experienced employees that do a great job and help each other
Cons
Global structure is not followed by local management and it can seem amateurish at times for such a large company. Limited opportunity to progress as higher management has clique of subordinates that work hard to ensure they stay in favour, often at the disadvantage of the team they manage. Costs get cut and more work given until most people are at breaking point. You are just a number even if you have been there for years.
