Work environment is great. Lot of learning opportunities ( guess it depends on the project ). Good work life balance. Will put you in Comfort Zone pretty quickly. Best Job Security. Lot of innovation opportunities

Cons

Very low levels of Hike. Can't say it's a product based company for the hike they're providing. Not much benefits. Difficult to get promotion. You could get stuck in comfort zone

Diversity is very supportive. People in teams have opportunities to rotate and grow within the organization. It is a real global org. with regional reporting lines and procedures.

Cons

As a global scale, some change is replied on changes on the top which keeps it some delayed at bottom layers.
