Always make it a point to provide feedback for each activity an employee had undertaken to know the best things done and what areas are for improvement. - Provides stability and security of work even in the midst of challenging times like this pandemic situation. - Digital offering at its finest - Digital platform and tools are available making it possible to work from home and did not stop operations even during lockdown periods. -Top management like Managing Director and Directors are approachable and find time to support you.

      Pros

      Working with KONE Philippines and KONE as a whole is fantastic. I am very happy with KONE as my employer, this pandemic really shows the true meaning of "true concern” not only with customer but most of all to their employees. Not to mention that they offer great benefits and competitive pay.
