      flexible working time, possibility to develop skills SAP, quite friendly young people to work with

      Cons

      not many company benefits, constant stressful work and work under pressure, you can't make a single mistake, not many trainings, management not looking at employees' needs and recommendations -pushing employees over their limits and expecting to do insanely impossible amount of work
