There are a lot of exciting projects, initiatives and tasks going on. There is a very large degree of freedom given to teams and employees to carry out tasks and achieve big things.

Cons

As with many things in life, great strengths can also be great weaknesses: Sometimes there is too much freedom given to teams.

Co workers were great. The job, as outlined during interviews, sounded pretty incredible. Encouraged to work from home one day per week was really nice.

Cons

Leaders more interested in moving to other departments. Lack of solid leadership. Scope completely changed once I joined. Huge responsibility. No support.

Retards running the nut house.. If I ran a private business like kone, I'd start Monday and be broke by Friday
