      Pros

      Once fully ramped up you can treat it as your own business, make hours that work around your schedule so long as you are hitting your numbers and staying responsive. Base pay, benefits & commissions are very competitive with upward trajectory.

      Cons

      Disorganization and chaos can run rampant. Departments sometimes do not work well together causing disorganization & unneeded stress. Culture skews older.

      The working Environment is great Place is conveniently located the staff is great!

      Cons

      The amount of work in the office is not worth the pay IT manager is hard to work with Too many tasks to do together IT room location is claustrophobic

      Pros

      The management team when I was there was a very solid group. Usually the only time there was true disfunction was when the members changed. Could have been from firing or choice to leave.

      Cons

      The salaries of managers are less at Kone than in the marketplace. Yet, the expectations of user management are greater than those of equal levels in different industries.
